PERSONAL TRAINING
Darren can assess and write a program to suit your goals. Working from home? Darren will come to your house or a local park. One-on-One sessions a great, however we can also train your partner at the same time.
All equipment is supplied like Barbells, plates , adjustable dumbbells, TRX, bands and even a bench. Personal Training is about being personal, if you have previous injuries or limitations of any kind Darren has the unique skillset to work around those to still offer a great session towards your goal.
After initial assessment, the sessions consist of "Movement Prep" which is a thorough and specialized warm-up, followed by a fun and exciting but challenging workout depending on your goal.
